工程施工 建筑工程施工承包1园林工程施工准备消防工程安全技术交底水电安装文明施工建筑工程施工成本控制 总承包壹级资质》。建院45年来，EDRI先后承担了咨询、设计、监理、总承包工程近3000多项，对大规模集成电路、新型显示器件、生物制品、新能源（多晶硅与光伏产业）、高科技工程等高新技术产品生产环境所需要的大面积、高级别净化空调系统、高纯工业气体系统、超纯水系统、化学品系统、自动控制系统、数据通信系统以及防静电、防微振、电磁环境污染控制等方面的设计具有独特的专长。EDRI自1978年以来获优秀设计、科技进步奖197项，期中国级奖励40项，部省级奖励157项。EDRI总部设在成都，在北京、上海、天津、重庆、深圳、武汉、南京、苏州、无锡、大连、绵阳、厦门、西安等14个地方设有分院，公司拥有国家级设计大师3名、四川省设计大师3名、享受政府特殊津贴专家24人、教授级高工41名领衔的由300多名注册工程师为主体的技术队伍。EDRI通过了质量管理体系、环境管理体系和职业健康安全管理体系认证。EDRI与美国西图、福陆丹尼尔、德国M+W、荷兰DHV、法国TPT、TECHNIP，台湾亚翔，日本大气社、大林组、竹中工务店、鹿岛建设、清水建设、三菱化学、韩国SAMSUNG、LG、中国成达等国际著名工程公司保持良好的合作关系，并为国内外著名公司提供的优质服务。二、实习地点福建省厦门市湖里区创业园创业大厦614。三、实习时间2012年2月17日-2012年3月23日。四、实习内容该分院比较年轻，听说05年才成立的，院里的员工都很年轻，专业负责人才出来工作了五六年，其他员工也刚工作没多久，毕业一两年的比较多，副院长看年纪也才三十几岁。这个院充满活力，人也很好相处。总之，在这实习挺值得，学习成长了不少。实习的这个月来，由于年初院里的活比较少，刚开始先看规范，各种规范和图集，还看了些画好了的施工图。闲暇时就着手做毕业设计，刚好院里也设计供电的，和毕业设计基本相关。蹭实习机会把毕业设计做了，不懂了还可以问问专业人员，何乐而不为呢。做设计前首先要熟悉电气规范，这样设计出来的电气图才能符合要求。先后看了《民用建筑电气设计与施工》、《10KV及以下变电所设计规范》、《火灾自动报警系统设计规范》、《建筑照明设计标准》、《有线电视系统工程设计规范》等。顺便还复习了以前的专业课，结合实际让我对建筑电更加了解了、对一些规范有了大致的了解，看一遍不可能全记住，不过对将来查规范时就比较快了。看了些院里设计完的施工图，比如：《金宝利电气施工图》、《华跃电气施工图》等。工业厂房的电气设计图最后交稿的要求施工图，照明要求一次到位。还有工厂里的变电所也要负责设计，这和民用建筑不一样，民用建筑里的变电所电力局负责。五、实习总结实习一个月让我对电气设计有了更深的了解。电气设计的流程如下：方案设计阶段1确定设计内容：根据建筑规模、功能定位及使用要求确定本工程拟设置的电气系统。2确定变、配电系统容量及要求1）确定负荷级别：1、2、3级负荷的主要内容。2）负荷估算：本阶段主要采用单位容量法或单位指标法进行估算；。3）电源：根据负荷性质和负荷容量，提出要求外供电源的回路数、容量、电压等级的要求。4）确定变、配电所位置、数量、容量，变压器台数。3确定是否需要设应急电源系统以及备用电源和应急电源型式。4对照明、防雷、接地、智能建筑设计的相关系统构成形式进行说明。1.2初步设计阶段本阶段应在方案设计确定的设计内容基础上与业主沟通后展开各系统的技术设计；向设备专业了解设备配置情况，跟建筑、结构专业提出电气技术设计要求；1.2.1确定变配电系统型式：1．确定负荷等级：1、2、3级负荷的主要内容；2．负荷计算：根据设备专业提供的设备资料，分类进行负荷计算，并算出总负荷；此计算书应在初设校审阶段与图纸一并提交，并同时归档；3．对于大中型项目（大于5000m2）专业负责人应提供两个以上的变配电系统方案提交专业委员会进行讨论比选并由项目工作会议确定 ；4．竖向配电系统图；5．10KV配电系统图（有变配电所时出）；6．变配电所平面布置图（有变配电所时出）7．低压配电系统图及各主要设备机房配电系统图；8．配电干线平面图及照明灯具布置平面图；9．火灾自动报警及消防联动系统说明及系统图；10．消防布点平面图；11．各弱电系统分项系统图；以上各图纸应达到初步设计深度的要求。电气施工图设计阶段施工图阶段应在初步设计各系统方案基础之上进行深化及完善。1.3.1电气总平面图图（仅有单体时，无此项内容）1．绘制电力干线总平面图，表达出变配电站位置、容量，线路规格、走向、回路编号，敷设方式，人（手）孔位置；2．绘制庭院照明平面图；1.3.2变配电系统1．确定负荷等级：1、2、3级负荷的主要内容；2．负荷计算：对初设计算书进行修正、细化及完善；此计算书应在施工图校审阶段与图纸一并提交，并同时归档；3．确定变配电方案：电源数量及回路数、引自何处；高低压供电系统结线型式及运行方式；重要设备的供电方式；标出各回路编号及导线规格型号；4．确定变配站的数量、位置、面积、设备布置；绘制变配电所平、剖面详图；1.3.3低压配电系统1．绘制竖向系统图，标注各配电箱编号、对象名称、安装容量、标出各回路编号；2．绘制动力及照明配电系统图；3．绘制配电平面图：包括线路敷设路由、桥架尺寸定位、各回路编号、配电箱位置；4．绘制各电气管井大样图；1.3.4照明系统1．绘制照明平面图：标注灯具型号、容量、安装方式、标高，连接线路并标注回路编号、导线根数；2．确定应急照明电源型式；3．说明照明线路的选择及敷设方式。1.3.5消防系统1．确定项目的消防保护等级，绘制消防设计说明；2．画出消防系统图：包括各系统线路回路数、探测器数量、与强电相关的配电箱编号；3．绘制消防平面图；1.3.6弱电系统1．绘制各系统原理图，系统图表达不清楚的地方需要加以文字说明如系统参数指标，线路选择及穿管管径、设计要求等；2．绘制弱电平面图，应表达出各弱电系统布点位置、主要桥架敷设路由尺寸及标高、各系统线路布置；3．绘制弱电管井大样图；1.3.7防雷及接地系统1．按照相应防雷等级绘制屋面防雷平面，如果采用避雷针应在校审时提供避雷针保护范围计算书；2．绘制接地平面图；当利用自然接地装置时，可不出此图；3．随图说明防雷等级，各项防雷措施（包括直击雷、防侧击雷、防雷电感应等）、接地装置型式、接地极材料要求、敷设要求、接地电阻要求；4．说明等电位连接采取的措施，并结合平面图表示清楚；1.3.8给其它专业的技术设计条件所有条件由专业负责人提交建筑专业，
