企业物流成本控制探讨 摘要：随着市场竞争的加剧，企业逐渐认识到物流的利润潜力及其在经营中的作用，并把物流成本称为企业的“第3利润源泉”。物流成本控制对于降低企业成本，提高制造企业和产品的竞争力具有重大的意义。 本文围绕企业物流成本的相关概念、现状及对策，叙述了3部分的内容，第1部分叙述了物流成本控制的内容、研究状况和特征。第2部分，对目前我国企业物流成本控制存在的问题进行了分析。第3部分探讨完善和加强物流成本控制相应的对策，如建立现代的物流信息系统等。 我国的许多企业，己经开始把物流成本控制作为提升企业核心竞争力的重要手段，积极地为物流成本控制活动作出努力。虽然我国多数企业物流成本控制面临许多问题，但是随着科学的发展和管理水平的提高，相信这些问题很快能够得到解决。

A discussion on the cost control of corporation logistics Abstract: With the aggravation of the market competition, enterprises realize the profit potentiality of the logistics and function in managing gradually, combine a logistics cost for "the third profit source" called enterprise. The logistics cost control is greatly meaningful for reducing the operating costs, raising the competitiveness of the enterprise and products. On the basis of the concept, actuality and solutions of the enterprise logistics costs, this paper describes the three parts of the content. The first part tells of contents, research condition and characteristics of logistics cost control. The second part analyses the problems of logistics cost control existed in domestic enterprise. The third section discusses some countermeasure on improving and strengthening the logistics cost control, such as establishing modern logistics information systems. Many enterprises has realized that logistics cost control is a important means to enhance its pivotal competitiveness, and they also make great efforts to control its logistics cost. Although most domestic enterprises are facing most problems of logistics cost control, with scientific progress and the improvement of management, I think the issue can be resolved soon.
