中小学数学衔接之感想 由于中小学的管理和教学方法等方面存在差异，使得不少小学学生感到很难适应初中的学习生活和方法。解决这个矛盾的钥匙就是:搞好中小学衔接教育，通过衔接让师与生、教与学双双提前进行全方位、多层次相互了解、相互适应，把“突变”变成“渐变”，在“渐变”中顺利完成小学升初中的衔接过渡. 一、对衔接教育的理解 搞好小学数学与初中数学教学的衔接，对于三年初中数学学习很重要。一个良好的开始，对于学生来讲有莫大的鼓舞。尽早适应与小学数学教育在学习方法、学习形式上有很大不同的初中数学教育，增强学生学习的自信心，则是衔接教育中尤为重要的一环。我认为要搞好小学与初中的衔接教育，有以下几方面问题需要我们注意: 、注意知识的前后衔接。2、注意学习方式的衔接。3、注意学习方法的衔接。4、注意1 学习内容的衔接。5、注意学习思维的衔接。6、注意学习情感的衔接.7、注意成长发展的衔接.作为小学学生，进入初中以后，其成长发展中的变异和自身存在的差异是我们不容忽视的阻碍学生自身发展的多元要素。 二、关于中小学教育教学衔接的问卷与分析 ?调查背景回放 1、 一位即将小学毕业的学生对妈妈说:“我就要成为初中生了。我真想早一点看到初中是什么样的,” 2、 回放这些学校生活中的只言片语，为的是引发我们去关注正处于小学和初中衔接点上的这部分学生的学习状况。前不久，太原市教师进修学校组织部分教师编制了关于“学生、教师、家长”的三份问卷，到市区部分学校的小学五、六年级和初中一年级进行调查，共发出问卷1960份，回收1804份，回收率92,，其中有效问卷1804份，有效率达100,。 ?问卷调查与分析 1、学生问卷方面 (1) 9,，初中一年级学生达15,。大多数学生的预习时间控制在30分钟以内。从调查的数据看出，学生在主观上意识到预习对于学习具有十分重要的意义。但怎样做好预习工作，从分配的时间和预习的效果来看，还存在一些问题，有走过场之嫌，体现不出预习的真正效果。在小学阶段，学生学习压力较轻，预习的时间相对较充裕，教师更有必要对学生进行预习指导，教给预习方法，提高预习效率。 2 (2)关于课堂上能否发现并主动提出问题的回答(见下图)与分析。 分析:课堂上能经常发现并主动提出问题的学生，小学五、六年级比例为21,，初中一年级仅为4 4,;偶尔能发现并主动提出问题的学生，小学五、六年级占69,，初中一年级占81,。这数据上的差别，可以看出，随着学生年龄的变化，由年龄特征而引发的一系列心理变化使得初中生提出问题的主动性不如小学生那么强。这可能跟小学阶段课程改革的全面铺开也有关系。小学课堂相对活跃，但是在热闹课堂的背后，学生提出的问题是否有质量呢,如何引导学生学会发现并提出有价值的问题，这也是值得我们探讨的。 (3) 关于在学习上得到谁的帮助最大的回答(见下图)与分析。 分析:大多数学生认为得到老师的帮助最大，小学五、六年级学生占70,，初中一年级学生占57,。而得到父母和同学的帮助也占有一定的比例。这说明小学生更多依靠的是老师。初中学生间交往密度较大，意识更强，得到同学的帮助就比小学生多。综上因素，小学教师在指导学生学习的时间方面应该更有优势。 (4) 关于最迫切需要在哪些方面获得支持的回答(见下图)与分析。 3 分析:调查发现，接近半数的学生认为最迫切需要在学习方法指导上获得支持，同时32,的小学五、六年级学生需要提供学习资料，33,的初中一年级学生需要宽松的学习环境。可见，小学生的依赖性还很强，而初中生虽然学习能力正逐渐提高，但因“应试”所致，心理压力也大，所以他们觉得获得宽松的环境比提供学习资料更重要。因此，在小学高年级学生中，适当教给他们一些心理调适的方法和技巧，是很有必要的。 2、教师问卷方面 分析:调查结果表明，51,的小学教师和55,的初中教师认为，部分小学生不适应初中学习方式，主要原因是学生的学习方法不正确。“授之以鱼，不如授之以渔”，教师在教学中要有意识地培养学生预习与复习、勤于思考、参与课堂教学活动、大胆发言、发现问题敢于质疑问难、敢于表达自己见解的好习惯，同时教师要加以有效的指导。例如，课外阅读可以开阔眼界，增长知识，教师要有计划地介绍一些课外读物，指导学生阅读，要教给学生读书方法和使用工具书的方法，指导学生写读书笔记，并教会学生如何从众多的课外读物中选择适合自己需要的书来学习等。另外，在教学方法和课程内容方面，有相当一部分教师也认为小学和初中存在着较大的差异。这是由于初中学科多，内容信息广、容量大，需要学生做好必要的预习准备工作。课堂上由于教师要讲解的知识点多，有些内容只能靠学生自习理解，不可能像小学那样知识点较少，可以手把手地一一讲解。因此，培养训练学生学会独立学习、独立思考的好习惯，调控自己的学习行为，发展自主学习的能力，形成有效的学习策略，将使学生受益终身。 ?、调查结论 小学六年级到初中一年级是中小学教育过渡的结合部，有着承前启后的作用，衔接过渡的成功与否对教育质量影响很大，但这一结合部的衔接是基础教育中容易被忽视的一个薄弱环节。由于小学毕业生基础知识掌握程度不一，认知前提差异较大，从而加剧了小学生进入初中后学习、心理、生活等方面的不适应。产生这种不适应的主要原因是:新生跨入初中大门，心理年龄仍处于半幼稚、半成熟、半独立、半依赖，自觉性和幼稚性错综交织的状态。三、
