L:Yeah, that rubbish collector who finally moved the girl to the side of the street has been hailed as a hero, but the incident also let many online commentators to question the state of Chinese morality.
G:the incident had not only exposed the "dark side" of Chinese society, but also emerge the lacuna of our law. Our country should establish a law to punish those who fail to help victims.
M:I agree with you. But I think it is more appropriate to establish a reward system for those who offer help, rather than punish those who do not. Encouragement is always better than punishment.
G:I hope such thing will not happen in the future. It is not only Yue Yue and 18 individuals` sorrow, but also Chinese social sorrow. I will have a meeting now, don`t forget to come to the auditorium at 8p.m.
