Figure 1.7-2 General technology route figure 2nd chapter City status and development planning 2.1 city basic profile 2.1.1 关于泰安火车站广场旅游调查研究 【摘要】 火车站站前广场是旅客进入城市参与活动的第一个城市客厅性质的公共空间,它对于城市旅游形象的塑造起着非常重要的作用。2011年底竣工的火车站广场改造工程充分开发利用城市地下空间,使广场的交通组织更加便捷,功能更加完善,城市景观面貌得到提升。同时,结合财源大街西段进行综合改造,为市民提供一个全新的休闲、购物、娱乐场所,进一步提升城市品位,缓解道路交通压力。 【关键词】:火车站历史;站前广场的交通;功能与特色;优点与不足 正文 1泰安火车站的介绍 泰山火车站原名泰安站,站址在山东省泰安市内,建于1909年。离北京站568 公里,离上海站895公里,隶属济南铁路局济南铁路分局管辖,现为二等站。客运:办理旅客乘降;行李、包裹托运。货运:办理整车、零担货物发到;办理集装箱业务。山城一体的泰山站,地处中国南北交通要冲、京沪铁路中段、每天有44对特快、直快、普快旅客列车均在泰山站停靠,由济南铁路局与泰安市联合投资建设的火车站与泰山“大旅游”的整体环境相融合,游一次泰山成为一件很容易的事。 2泰安火车站的历史 19世纪末期帝国主义掀起了瓜分 中国的狂潮,山东被划分为德国的殖民 地。1898年9月,英、德帝国主义集团 偷偷背着中国,在伦敦举行会议,擅自 决定修建津镇铁路(天津至镇江)。清政府屈服于帝国主义的压力,于1899年5月草签了借款合同,1908年签订了正式的借款合同,并将津镇铁路改为津浦铁路,津浦铁路of vision. 3, build, fitting in with the urban master plan in Yibin city rapid rail transit long term network, as well as the vision of Yibin city, and future development of rail transit network. 4, Yibin city, preliminary rail traffic levels service levels, system model, and technical standards. 5, to ensure that network can be implemented. 6, stable conditions for planning and supporting of Yibin city track traffic construction and formation of rail transit industry, provide conditions for the start-up and development of rail transit in Yibin city. 1.7 technical course technology is the project's research program and research ideas. Figure 1.7-2 General technology route figure 2nd chapter City status and development planning 2.1 city basic profile 2.1.1 全长1,009公里。1908年德国人开始修筑津浦铁路北段,规划在泰安设站,1909年泰安火车站修筑完成,一座德式建筑从此矗立在泰山脚下。1933年国民党冯玉祥将军隐居泰山,出资对泰安站进行了修复扩建。1926年3月中国共产党在泰安的第一个组织——泰安支部(时称泰安苏维埃支部)就在泰安火车站站房成立。 新中国成立后,泰安又对火车站进行了大规模的修复扩建。改革开放以后,泰山及时适应新形势的变化,加快了对外开放的步伐,越来越多的中外游客慕名来爬泰山,泰安火车站远远不能满足于新时期的客运需求,于是在原址的西侧又修筑了新的泰安火车站,2000年泰安火车站更名为泰山火车站。次年又对泰山火车站进行了扩建。新的火车站投入使用后,泰山火车站老站房才永远结束了它作为站房的历史使命。 为适应京沪高铁开通运营 的需要,铁道部决定自2011年7 月1日零时起实施新的列车运行 图。新的列车运行图实施后,泰山 火车站发送动车组车次的计划全 部取消,改换到位于泰安西开发区 新建的泰安站 3火车站的位置特点 泰安火车站始建于公元1901年,是京沪铁路前身津浦铁路上的重要站点。泰安火车站位于泰安市泰山区西,东依龙潭路的交界处,向东有of vision. 3, build, fitting in with the urban master plan in Yibin city rapid rail transit long term network, as well as the vision of Yibin city, and future development of rail transit network. 4, Yibin city, preliminary rail traffic levels service levels, system model, and technical standards. 5, to ensure that network can be implemented. 6, stable conditions for planning and supporting of Yibin city track traffic construction and formation of rail transit industry, provide conditions for the start-up and development of rail transit in Yibin city. 1.7 technical course technology is the project's research program and research ideas. Figure 1.7-2 General technology route figure 2nd chapter City status and development planning 2.1 city basic profile 2.1.1 调头,在环岛附近设立站牌,从火车站出来的旅客可以直接上车。为满足到泰山火车站接站、送站的车辆停车需求,在广场西部建有约1.1万平方米的地下停车场,停车场入口设在站西街,把现在的几趟长途汽车客运线路迁走。 6.2站前广场的休闲功能 火车站广场中间 下降5米,改造成 长80米、宽30米 的下沉广场,通过 站前街地下通道 与天庭园地下广 场相联系,两侧设 有商铺。同时,把财源步行区与天庭园地下商业区相联系。旅客从泰山火车站出站后可以通过火车站下沉广场步入财源大街步行区或进入广场西部的地下停车场乘车。 广场东部建成5000余平方米的出租车停车场,方便市民乘出租车。 下沉广场的设立能有效地实现车辆换乘分流和人车分流,例如在地面上是公共交通和出租车停车场,地下设立私家车停车场。来自财源大街和天庭园的乘客可直接进入下沉广场到达火车站,避免了路面上人流拥挤、人车混杂的情况,减轻龙潭路和站前街的交通压力。 下沉广场的地下空间两侧还设有了一些商业、文化休闲娱乐等设施和of vision. 3, build, fitting in with the urban master plan in Yibin city rapid rail transit long term network, as well as the vision of Yibin city, and future development of rail transit network. 4, Yibin city, preliminary rail traffic levels service levels, system model, and technical standards. 5, to ensure that network can be implemented. 6, stable conditions for planning and supporting of Yibin city track traffic construction and formation of rail transit industry, provide conditions for the start-up and development of rail transit in Yibin city. 1.7 technical course technology is the project's research program and research ideas. Figure 1.7-2 General technology route figure 2nd chapter City status and development planning 2.1 city basic profile 2.1.1 相应的商铺,成为城市公共活动中心和城市空间景观地标。 7 优化建议 经过对泰安火车站站前广场使用状况的调查研究,针对其不足之处,提出以下具体的优化建议与策略: (1) 集散广场区 内花池中种植的 是小乔木桂花,遮 荫效果不好,白天 阳光强烈的时候 花池坐凳的利用 率很低。相对而 言,榉树的遮挡效 果就很好,却因其下没有座椅而被使用者忽略。可以考虑在现有的树池四周加上座椅。 (2)偌大的区域内没有任何休息设施,同时导致了该区域的人气过低。建议铺设园路;在适当的位置布置一定量的座椅,并且在不影响广场景观格局的前提下,考虑适当增加避荫避雨设施,如与广场风格一致的小型凉亭 (3) 广场内可以考虑增设小卖部一类的服务设施,满足使用者的需求,这样小商贩也将没有市场,从而宜 于广场的管理。但要注意避免影响广场 的景观,避免商业活动侵占使用者活动 of vision. 3, build, fitting in with the urban master plan in Yibin city rapid rail transit long term network, as well as the vision of Yibin city, and future development of rail transit network. 4, Yibin city, preliminary rail traffic levels service levels, system model, and technical standards. 5, to ensure that network can be implemented. 6, stable conditions for planning and supporting of Yibin city track traffic construction and formation of rail transit industry, provide conditions for the start-up and development of rail transit in Yibin city. 1.7 technical course technology is the project's research program and research ideas.
